What counts as a seat?
A person who works with your units — signs in, reviews what they did, approves the things that need approving. Units themselves are unlimited on Organization.
What happens when we add someone mid-band?
You pay that band's rate for that one seat. There are no cliffs — going from 25 to 26 people costs one seat, not a whole new tier.
Is the governance different on cheaper plans?
No. Every unit on every plan runs the same CALM Governance System. Paid plans change how many units you can field and who can work with them — never whether they are governed.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free tier needs a verified email so sessions can be rate-limited fairly, and nothing else.
